Unfiltered, alcohol-free German craft lager brewed with natural yeasts: intense blonde colour and a light aroma of floral hops.

Blend of organic Ruckery black tea and organic Gunpowder green tea, fermented together with cold-pressed organic juices. Flavours: original, ginger, lemon, raspberry, mango.

What's in the Santapè

Choose a Classic or Premium cocktail and we serve it with snacks and, depending on the option, a sharing board of local cured meats and cheeses (one for every two people) or a taste of our tall, crispy pizza al padellino (1/4 pizza for every two people). Vegans are welcome too, with plant-based options from vegan pizza to plant-based products: vegans and non-vegans at the same table.

Lake-view aperitivo at sunset

Santa is on Lungolago Cesare Battisti 73, with over 100 outdoor seats overlooking Lake Garda. On fine evenings the aperitivo coincides with the sunset light on the water: the best time for a spritz or a gin tonic before dinner, or to stay on for pizza al padellino and the restaurant menu.

Cocktails, Pirlo and local gins

The list features spritzes, including the White Spritz made with Lugana, and the great classics, from Negroni to Moscow Mule, plus a selection dedicated to the area: the Pirlo, Brescia's typical aperitivo, made with GinAro bitter, the GinAro Negroni and Americano, and the Piero Mule with Piero gin. Among the wines are Lake Garda labels such as Lugana, Groppello and Chiaretto: you'll find them all in our Lake Garda wine list. For non-drinkers there is a dedicated list: alcohol-free cocktails, a 0% gin tonic, alcohol-free wines and beer, and kombucha.
