On Tuesday, June 9, 2026, the vintage cars of the 44th Mille Miglia passed through Desenzano del Garda on the first leg of the "world's most beautiful race." After the Ferrari Tribute at 2:15 PM, the bulk of the convoy arrived around 3:45 PM, traveling along via Valtenesi, via Vo', the lungolago Cesare Battisti waterfront and piazza Matteotti, where the official stamp checkpoint took place, before continuing on via Angelo Anelli and via Tommaso Dal Molin.

Crowds gathered along the lungolago Cesare Battisti, in the heart of Desenzano, to admire the vintage cars up close as they arrived from Sirmione. Santa is located right along this stretch of the waterfront, putting it front row for the passing convoy.
