The New Year's Eve Menu is finally ready, celebrate with us in Desenzano del Garda!
Every year at Santa, in our restaurant pizzeria on lungolago Cesare Battisti in Desenzano del Garda, we prepare a special menu that includes traditional Mantuan farmhouse dishes such as fresh pasta and rustic starters made with local specialties like Culaccia ham, 30-month Parmigiano Reggiano, rustic artichokes with stem, cotechino with lentils and polenta! Every year the menu is different, but for December 31, 2021, given the difficult time the restaurant industry has been through, we thought of something special: bringing together the pizzeria, the restaurant with its traditional dishes, and the mixology of our Cocktail bar.
December is the month of celebrations, and where better to spend the Christmas holidays than Desenzano del Garda? Book a lakeside table at Santa restaurant pizzeria for New Year's Eve, choosing between the two available seatings. The first seating at 7:00 PM for those who want to join the celebrations downtown in Piazza Malvezzi, where, as tradition has it, there will be fireworks at midnight and you can celebrate outdoors with a cocktail or champagne — more cocktails = less cold. The second seating starts at 9:30 PM for everyone who wants to spend midnight inside our restaurant, celebrating New Year's with us with a toast of Champagne, lentils and cotechino.

Our restaurant will offer a traditional dish: a trio of handmade tortelli with porcini mushrooms, sea bass, and Mantuan bitter herb.
In our Pizzeria, as for every holiday, we research and design new recipes with an eye on sustainability: 1 fish pizza, 1 meat pizza and 1 vegan pizza to satisfy every taste.
And to finish, our favorite winter dessert: homemade rose cake served with artisanal Chantilly cream.
Did we forget something? The Gin Tonic! The spirit par excellence to close out the most fun party of 2021.
